Raycom Media, a leader in broadcast and digital media, is seeking an Executive Producer for its Raycom News Network Digital Hub at its Montgomery, AL, headquarters. This individual will play a key role in managing the hub’s new media efforts on web and mobile, with emphasis on national and regional news content to serve 32 Raycom stations’ new media platforms.Responsibilities include day-to-day supervision of a team of web producers under corporate management’s direction, and producing new media text and video content. Candidate must thrive on breaking news and have a “do it now” mentality to excel in our fast-paced environment.Qualities required: Proven news judgment, excellent computer and internet skills, competency in web image editing, good web and mobile platform showcasing skills, excellent web writing skills and proficiency in AP style.
