Raycom Media Inc, one of the nation’s leading broadcast companies has an opening for a Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to help our News and New Media departments at its corporate office in the RSA tower. Responsibilities include working directly for Executive Personnel to assist in developing and completing projects related to broadcast news coverage and new media platforms including websites and digital channels. The self motivated candidate should have 3-5 years experience working directly for Executive Personnel. Job skills include a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Microsoft Office Products. Knowledge of budgeting processes, SharePoint & TM1 software are desirable. A college degree is preferred. Other important skills include conference organization, finance background and travel related preparation. This position requires creativity and the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Must have solid communication and teamwork skills.
