The T-Mobile Direct Sales team members establish and cultivate relationships with local merchants directly to offer them T-Mobile's stellar line of products and services.  Our professional and dynamic Business Sales Managers lead a business-generating team of eight to ten Account Executives in the field, in effect managing every aspect of their own franchises of T-Mobile!

T-Mobile’s Business Sales Managers are a rare breed of competitive, collaborative, high-energy professional.  In this role, you'll take complete control of hiring, training, and developing a successful Account Executive team who are responsible for outside Business to Business (B2B) sales within a local market. Your coaching skills will be absolutely vital to your entire team's success as your income and theirs will depend on your staff's productivity. Creative business generation skills and a gift for closing the sale are also crucial as you'll spend at least 70% of your time mentoring your staff in the field. Your big-picture thinking and stellar people skills will help you with your staff and clients alike as you conduct business with a focused work ethic and the utmost professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES


·     Interview, hire, train, and develop a staff of successful Account Executives


·     Conduct ongoing mentoring/coaching in the field


·     Implement key operational initiatives in the field while maintaining high ethical and procedural standards


·     Meet or exceed overall sales quota for your assigned region


·     Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings


·     Increase market share and achieve and exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, churn and CPGA



QUALIFICATIONS


·     A proven track record of high-yield B2B sales success.


·     Two to four years management experience preferred.


      .      Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.


·     Fantastic coaching skills


·     Talent to confidently make presentations to large groups as well as one-on-one


·     Self-motivation



·     A strong desire for success


·     Familiarity with basic HR/Recruiting


·     Sharp presentation and written communication skills


·     Well-honed negotiation skills


·     A knack for attracting and sustaining top talent 


.     Requires valid driver license and satisfactory driving record


This position requires a minimum of 30% travel.
